  On the coldest day of the year, when our furnace stopped working, Horizon was very quick to respond and although they couldn't repair the old unit. they had another unit installed within 24 hours of my initial call.
  All of Horizons employees were very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. From the initial repair tech, to the salesman to the 2 techs who replaced the old unit with a new one. They were all very respectful of my home and made sure my home was as clean when they finished as it was when they arrived.
  I was very impressed with the company and all of its employees.
