  Almost every contractor made major mistakes or shortcuts. Poor build quality throughout house. Leaky tubs, peeling floors, faulty electric, duct work for HVAC not connected before closing up walls, shingles blowing off roof. There was broken trim, unsafe stairs... Been in the house 7 months and the problems keep stacking up with no urgency from anyone to make things right. Dream home has been more like a nightmare.
